Of course, just thinning the original down to 620 megapixels wide eliminates the advantage of those high mP count cameras, doesn't it? I think you mean setting the width to 620 pixels. However, no matter what you do you cannot get a computer monitor to display more than around 70 dots-per-inch, so in terms of displaying on the web those super high megapixel cameras are not going to make much difference. |

I get very reliable enlargement to 5X7" prints with my camera and have no need to go bigger. Stu |
