I tell you what, I have 5 megapixels and my son has 10 megapixels and my daughter has somewhere in between. I can't tell any difference in the quality! |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It is important. I believe it is a balance of features, but the sensor is far more important than the average buyer probably thinks. Of course this is because ads tend to focus on megapixels and so consumers don't really know much about sensors compared to MPs. |
