As Part of my work with the New England Fishery Management Council I often see or talk to Rip Cunningham and Barry Gibson.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes. Time flies... too fast. I was looking at an issue of Saltwater Sportsman the other day and hardly recognized any names on the masthead.
