If I settled a case for big bucks I sure would not want the world to know.  Especially if I was the guy paying out the dough.

Well, I've never seen an out-of-court settlement where it did not include a gag order on both parties, yet the fellow you mention is apparently giving lectures on it.

Still, we are only speculating as I can find no reference to a settled court case.
