Wow, not sure if I have the right case or the right Sefton or not, but this may be more convoluted than simple use of a image on a web site. A computer user (David Sefton) sued Eyeblaster, alleging that Eyeblaster injured his computer, software, and data after he visited an Eyeblaster website. Sefton dismissed his action against Eyeblaster in December 2007 pursuant to a confidential settlement. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The material supplied by him is kind of confusing. Some is examples of letters and other appear to be legal documents. The two names that come out are David Sefton and Angus Thorson. I do remember that he was from Austin Texas and was a photographer. |
